About Ghost Dye Red 780
Ghost Dye™ Red 780 from Cytek is an amine-reactive viability dye used in flow cytometry when it will be necessary to fix and/or permeabilize the cells after staining. This reagent has an excitation peak at 755 nm and an emission peak at 778 nm. In flow cytometry, this probe is excited using the 633/640 nm red laser.
