The BD FACSymphony S6 is takes the best components from other BD instruments and combines them into a superior cell sorter. Cell sorting system components from the reliable FACSAria Fusion Cell Sorter were combined with optical components from the FACSymphony A5 Cell Analyzer to deliver reliability and a powerful optical system. This instrument can measure up to 60 parameters to define cells and sort them up to six ways or into plates or slides. This machine is configurable with up to nine spatially-separated lasers from over 25 different wavelength options and high parameter cascade (HPC) arrays allow for measurement of up to 20 parameters on a single laser line. Additionally, filters are removable and customizable.
